In an informal chat with newspersons after inaugurating the "Kudumba Souhrida Mela"(Family retreat) of the Kerala Samajam, Mr Narayansamy refused to comment on the thumb impression of AIADMK Supremo J Jayalalithaa in form B submitted by the party, for filing  nominations of its candidates for the 3 assembly seats and said the issue is between the Election Commission of India and the AIADMK.
On filing of a case by a lawyer Subramanian against him for contesting the election, the Chief Minister said 'everybody has the right to file a case. But there should be some evidences for it', he added.
Mr.Subramanian had filed a case stating that Mr.John Kumar while resigning his MLA post had stated that he is resigning for Mr Narayanasamy. Hence, there could be a lot of money transaction and Mr Narayanasamy should not be allowed to contest.
