Ramkumar’s father demands CBI probe into Swathi murder case
Paramasivan, father of Ramkumar who is accused in Swathi murder case, has demanded CBI enquiry into the case.

Speaking to reporters in Sengottai on Monday, Paramasivan said that his son was falsely implicated in the case and added that police were determined to convict his son.
“There are many suspicions buried in the case, but the state police are not willing to perform in a fair manner,” he said.
Only if the case is shifted to CBI the actual facts would be brought out, Paramasivan said and added that he would send letters to the Chief Minister and DGP demanding the same. He also said that a fresh bail petition would be moved in the court with the help of their lawyers Ramraj and Raveendran. Advocate Ramraj claimed that police have cooked up many stories in Swathi’s murder.
“Ramkumar does not know Swathi through Facebook and we confirmed it after checking his Facebook account by obtaining the login ID and password,” he said.
He also said that a person had slapped Swathi a week before the murder at the same Nungambakkam railway station but the police did not mind to investigate him. “Even the behaviour of Swathi’s father at the railway station was strange as he did not show any sign of sadness for his daughter’s murder,” he said.
Police are trying to protect the real criminals and hence CBI enquiry should be ordered to find the real accused, demanded Ramraj.
