Just before the polling day on May 16, our in-house astrologer, G. Swaminatha Sharma had predicted that J Jayalalithaa will win the Assembly Elections and come back for a second consecutive term.

Based on planetary positions and numerous calculations astrologer, G. Swaminatha Sharma had predicted more than 106 seats for AIADMK. And looks like he was absolutely right! This is the first time in 32 years that an incumbent CM has returned to power.Â
The last time this happened was in 1984, when her mentor MG Ramachandran won his third consecutive elections. Projecting a defeat of Jayalalithaa led AIADMK in Tamil Nadu, exit polls had given DMK-Congress alliance a majority. But Sharma was confident that it would be Amma all the way.
