No property, no investments under Karunanidhi’s name, claims affidavit
According to the affidavit filed by the DMK Chief M Karunanidhi, he has neither made any investments nor have any immovable assets and he has Rs. 50,000 accessible cash on hand.

The nonagenarian politician filed his affidavit along with his nomination paper to contest from his home town Tiruvarur. According to the affidavit, Karunanidhi does not own a house or land. He has also filed the details of assets, of his wives Dayalu Ammal and Rajathi Ammal. No criminal cases are pending against him, the affidavit said.
