Aavin to resume sale of hot milk
The news item titled Aavin hot milk in cold storage, carried on January 20th edition (Wednesday), pointed out that hot milk sales was practically non-existent in many Chennai franchisee outlets as it was unprofitable. It has drawn an instant response from Aavin.

Aavin MD Sunil Paliwal told DT Next that Rs 53.50, the original cost of 1 litre milk and plastic cups was reduced to Rs 41.25 which included Rs 37 for a litre of toned milk and Rs 4.25 for the cups.Â
He added that the new rates would be implemented immediately to ensure that the public were not denied this facility.
