Training of officials for Tamil Nadu polls under way
The Election Commission of India has started the process of training officials at various levels on election management in view of the ensuing polls to the Tamil Nadu Assembly.

Realising the importance of imparting training skills to master trainers, the Election Commission on Saturday started a four-day training of trainers and facilitators (TTF) Programme at the Anna Institute of Management in the city.Â
The programme would continue till January 13. In the first phase at Chennai, 94 participants are being trained and in the second phase at  Bhavanisagar in Erode District, 49 participants  will be trained from January 19 to 22.
