Actress Niddhi Agerwal who is awaiting the release of Bhoomi in which she plays the female lead to Jayam Ravi, has now bagged the Simbu-Susienthiran project.

A source close to the film told DT Next, “The actress has joined the film’s unit in Dindigul and has begun shooting for her portions. The film went on floors on Monday.” Produced by Simbu Cine Arts,the film also has Manoj Bharathiraja in yet another crucial role. The film will be a rural drama and Simbu will be seen in a rugged avatar in the film. After this, the actor will be off to shoot Maanaadu with Venkat Prabhu. Meanwhile, Niddhi has James in Kannada with Puneeth Rajkumar in the lead role.
