Soorarai Pottru likely to be remade in Hindi
Suriya’s upcoming flick Soorarai Pottru continues to gain hype among fans as the latest buzz now is that the makers have been approached by a Bollywood production house to remake the film in Hindi.

According to reports, it is said Shahid Kapoor is involved in talks to star in the flick. An official statement regarding this development is expected to be announced in the coming days. The Bollywood actor is currently working on another Hindi remake of the Telugu film Jersey.
Earlier this month, Soorarai Pottru was given the ‘U’ certification by the Censor Board. Suriya had also assured fans in an online interaction that the movie would be released first in theatres before appearing on OTT platforms. Based on the life of Air Deccan owner founder GR Gopinath, Soorarai Pottru is produced by 2D Entertainment and co-produced by Oscar-winner Guneet Monga. The movie is directed by Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame and has Aparna Balamurali, Mohan Babu and Paresh Rawal in supporting roles.
