Nithya Menen roped in for a period drama

The latest we hear is that the actress has signed an interesting period film, produced by KFC Entertainments, which had earlier distributed hit films like Arjun Reddy and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya.

Reports suggest that the film is set in the backdrop of Skylab, the first United States space station that was launched by NASA in the early 1970s. A source says, “Nithya Menen will work on this period film, only after completing Jayalalithaa’s biopic. 

An official announcement will be made soon.” Directed by Vishvak Khanderao, the film also have Satyadev Kancharana and Rahul Ramakrishna in pivotal roles.

Meanwhile, the actress is also waiting for the release of Mysskin’s Psycho, which has Udhayanidhi in the lead role.
