Arun Vijay’s cop film with GNR titled Sinam
Arun Vijay will be seen playing a role of a cop and major portions of the film have been shot in Chennai.

Director GNR Kumaravelan shot to fame with critically acclaimed film, Haridas, which released in 2013. The film dealt with autism and had Kishore playing the role of police officer. Now, the director has joined hands with Arun Vijay for a cop film and the first schedule has already been completed.
The makers of the film revealed on Sunday that the film has been titled Sinam. Talking about it to DT Next, the director of the film says, “Sinam means anger and we felt that it would be an apt title for the film.
Arun Vijay will be seen playing a role of a cop and major portions of the film have been shot in Chennai. Sinam will be an interesting action thriller with a lot of emotional elements in it. It will be intriguing and entertaining.” He also adds that the anger the lead character carries will be the USP of the film.
“The second schedule of the film will begin on November 8. Kaali Venkat will be joining the cast and his role will be a pivotal one.” Shabir of Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja fame is composing music for the film while Palak Lalwani will play the female lead.
