Childhood buddies in a hit remake?

 If rumours are to be believed, we hear that the two are coming together for a project, which will be helmed by director duo JD and Jerry.

A source in the know of things says, “The film will be an out-and-out action thriller and writer Pattukottai Prabhakaran has been roped in to work on the dialogues. The makers are planning to announce it officially by the end of this year. Major portions of the film will be shot abroad.”

While the female leads are yet to be finalised, speculations are also rife that the film might be the remake of the director duo’s 1997 hit film Ullasam, which featured Ajith and Vikram in the lead roles. However, the makers weren’t available for comment.

Meanwhile, Dulquer is working on a Tamil film titled Vaan, which has Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kriti Kharbanda, Sneha and Kalyani Priyadarshan.
