Andrea’s great ‘expose’ in book a publicity stunt?

A couple of months ago, at an event, Andrea Jeremiah said that she was physically and mentally exploited by an actor-turned-politician, physically and mentally, which sent her into a depression. She added that her book Broken Wing has an account of the entire episode through poems with the name of the person. This created a lot of curiosity in tinseltown and netizens started speculating the names of a few actor-politicians across the state. The book was launched in Bengaluru on October 18 and Andrea once again mentioned that the person mentioned in her book was an actor-politician, with a strong political background.

However, post launch the actress surprised everyone with a recent post in which she said that copies have been sold out in no time and the book will have to be reprinted before being made available to the public. However, this did not go down too well, as several people who managed to read the book took to social media to complain that her book had no mention of any such person, and Andrea was accused of making statements just for publicity. A source in K’town told DT Next, “Andrea has been threatened by a few party cadres which is why she ordered the printing of the book to be stopped.”

Andrea was last seen in Vada Chennai and is also gearing up for the shoot of its sequel early next year.
