Parvati Nair has her hands full this year

Talking to DT Next, Parvati said, “Having been raised in Abu Dhabi, I have grown up watching a lot of cricket since childhood.

My dad used to represent one of the club teams there and I used to accompany him to the ground. Also, T10 is a new and a faster format of the game and I am excited to be associated with it.”

The actress was last seen playing the female lead in Priyadharshan’s Nimir in Tamil. “I have another couple of interesting projects coming up that will be announced by the makers soon. I have been quite choosy in picking scripts. Having listened to the maximum number of scripts, I have chosen the ones that intrigued me. I don’t want to do projects for the sake of it. One of the films will start rolling from the first week of December in Chennai,” she said. Parvati is also one of the female leads in 83, the Kapil Dev biopic. “I have finished shooting for a huge chunk in the UK. A minor patchwork is left to be done in India,” she concluded.
