Lakshmi Menon to make a comeback in Kollywood?

In one of the earlier interviews to DT Next, the actress revealed that she is currently focusing on her studies and will take up films only after a year. Now, speculations are doing rounds that the actress is all set to make a comeback in Tamil and she will make an official announcement soon. A source in the know of things says that director Rajesekara Pandian, who assisted Vasantha Balan, has approached the actress to play the female lead in his upcoming film. “It’s true that the director has narrated the script. However, she is yet to sign on the official agreement. Aari will be seen playing the protagonist in the film.” Aari is also waiting for the release of Aleka, which features Aishwarya Dutta as the female lead.
