This film will be Vishnu Vishal’s next in Tamil after Ratchasan. “Vishnu is a versatile actor, who has the right balance of commercial and experimental films to his name. With FIR being his next after Ratchasan, I have a responsibility in delivering a better film and I am sure it will be another milestone film in his career,” the director told us.

The film will have Manjima Mohan, Reba Monica John and Raiza Wilson as female leads. “Convincing three frontline heroines for a film will happen only if the content is strong. They agreed to come on board once they realised that the content has universal appeal,” he concluded.
