Vijayakanth’s son signs his fourth film
Looks like Vijayakanth’s elder son Shanmuga Pandian is on a signing spree. While its been only a week since the actor announced that he has signed a film titled Mithran, in which he plays the role of cop, we hear from reliable sources that Pandian has also begun shooting for yet another project.

Sources say that his upcoming film will be directed by debutant Kasi Varman and it will be different from his previous films. The project will be produced by K Productions, who has co-produced Pyaar Prema Kadhal and distributed Baahubali 2. “The film will be an emotional drama with all commercial ingredients. An official announcement will be made in the coming week regarding the cast and crew. Major portions of the film will be shot in Chennai,” the source adds.
