Aishwarya Lekshmi roped in for Dhanush’s next

The latest we hear is that actress Aishwarya Lekshmi, who shot to fame in Malayalam with films like Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela and Mayaanadhi, is all set to share screenspace with Dhanush in this one. A source close to the team says, “Aishwarya Lekshmi will play Dhanush’s romantic interest in the film. She has even signed an official agreement, as the film is all set to go on floors in August. Other cast and crew are yet to be finalised.” It is also worth noting that Aishwarya Lekshmi has already signed a Tamil film, which will be directed by Sundar C. There were also reports that Hollywood star Al Pacino will play the antagonist and major portions of the film will be extensively shot in the US. Bankrolled by Y Not Studios, the makers are planning to release the film in early 2020.
