Jyotika’s next film titled Ponmagal Vandhal

While the film is still running successfully in theatres, Suriya unveiled the first look poster and title of Jyotika’s another project with debutant director JJ Fredrick.

Titled Ponmagal Vandhal, the poster features a smoking gun, Jyotika’s picture and a hand fan. Speculation is also rife that the actress will be playing an intense character who is on the run seeking revenge. Suriya wrote, “Jo’s next! Proud to launch... #PonMagalVandhal.” (sic) Veteran actors like Bhagyaraj, Parthiban, Pandiarajan and Pratap Pothen will be seen playing pivotal roles in the film. Sources say that major portions of the film have been already shot and the makers are planning to release it by the end of this year. Meanwhile, there are also reports that Aramm director Gopi Nainar has approached Jyotika for a new project and they might team up soon.
