Kannan’s film is the remake of Ninnu Kori

The latest we hear is that, their project will be the remake of 2017 blockbuster Telugu film Ninnu Kori, which featured Nani and Nivetha Thomas in the lead roles.

It’s about how circumstances tear a much-in-love couple apart and make them understand what life is about. Ninnu Kori was directed by debutant Shiva Nirvana and produced by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainments. A source says, “Kannan’s project will go on floor from July 15 and the makers are planning to finish it in a month’s time. Expect Atharvaa and Anupama Parameshwaran, no other actors has been finalised.”
