Tammy buys swanky Rs 16 cr flat in upmarket Mumbai neighbourhood

ft. the actress has paid Rs 16.6 crore for a 2055 sqft apartment in Versova. She is said to have paid Rs 99.6 lakh as stamp duty to register the apartment.

The actress’ house is said to be located on the 14th floor of the 22-storey apartment named Bayview. Her house document has listed Sameer Bhojwani as the seller and Tamannaah Bhatia and her mother Rajani Bhatia as the purchasers.

The Bhatia family currently resides in the Lokhandwala complex and they might move into the new apartment soon. It is rumoured that Tamannaah would be spending Rs 2 crore for the interior designing of the new apartment. Despite having over half a dozen films in the south, the actress still prefers to have her base in Mumbai. Her last Hindi release Khamoshi too bombed at the box-office.
