Sethupathi, Mammootty likely to join hands for a bilingual film
The first look poster of Vijay Sethupathi’s Malayalam debut with actor Jayaram was recently out and was an instant hit on social media. Even before the release of the film, it looks like Vijay Sethupathi has already been approached to play one of the leads in another Malayalam biggie, which will also feature superstar Mammootty in the lead role.

A source says, “A popular Malayalam director has approached Vijay Sethupathi and has even narrated the script. The makers have finalised Mammootty and Nayanthara as the two leads and the film is believed to be an entertainer with all commercial elements. However, they are yet to sign on the official agreement.” We also hear that the film will be bilingual film and will be released in both Tamil and Malayalam. Vijay Sethupathi is currently waiting for the release of Arun Kumar’s Sindhubaadh and he is also shooting for a film titled Sanga Thamizhan, which will be directed by Vijay Chandar.
