Vaibhavi Shandilya replaces Aishwarya in Jai’s next

While there were reports that Aishwarya Dutta of Bigg Boss fame and Athulya Ravi have been finalised as the two female leads, we hear from reliable sources that the former has opted out of the project due to date issues. Interestingly, sources say that the team has roped in Vaibhavi Shandilya, who was seen in films like Sakka Podu Podu Raja and Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu, for the role which was initially written for Aishwarya Dutta. When DT Next contacted Vaibhavi, she said, “It’s true that I have signed up for the project. In fact, I have already begun shooting for my portions.” Chandrasekhar has recently revealed in an online interview that this might be his last directorial venture and the film will talk about present day relationships. Meanwhile, Jai is also shooting for another project, titled Breaking News, which is said to be a super hero film.
