Sumadhura launches Horizon, a Rs 300 crore luxury residential project in west Hyderabad

The Rs 300 crore high-rise luxury project is spread over 5.04 acres with 72% open space, offering 486 units with 2, 3 and 3.5 BHK configurations across 4 towers that range from 1,325 sq ft to 2,710 sq ft. The gated community is located close to IT Parks, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and retail/entertainment hubs. This comes at the back of the Rs 300 crore premium residential project Acropolis launched by the group in 2016. The 564 units and 32 floors property, in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, is scheduled to be completed by December 2019. MS Dhoni is the brand ambassador of the group.
