With a focus on AR and VR business opportunities in the nation’s enterprise market, TNQ Technologies has invested in a JV with InGage to launch TNQ InGage.

This JV brings together InGage’s technology expertise and IP, and TNQ’s initial investment of $2 mn. It will focus on developing immersive technology solutions using Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality (AR, VR, MR) integrated with IoT and analytics. The solutions will provide enterprises in the healthcare, manufacturing, and construction industries, services such as Immersive Training Simulators using VR and Haptics; Field Service Tools through AR & IOT; Digital Experience Centres for Industry 4.0.

Abhigyan Arun - CEO, TNQ Technologies said, “We are focused on publishing technologies and services. We see the future of content consumption leveraging immersive AR and VR environments and have made this investment in TNQ InGage as part of our long-term strategy.”

As part of this JV, InGage will cease to exist as an entity, and its people, IP and customer relationships will be absorbed into TNQ InGage.
