AC biz strong in Chennai: Samsung

“Samsung India has been registering a fast paced growth in the system AC business with major contribution from Residential, Commercial and Educational Institutions. The sectors are showing promising growth with 10 per cent, 10 per cent and 15 per cent contribution respectively,” said Vipin Agrawal (in pic), Director, System AC Business, Samsung India.

“Samsung’s HVAC solutions address specific aspects that have to be considered while designing HVAC systems for commercial and residential establishments,” he added. 

With a strong product portfolio and business specific customised offerings, Samsung has become a leading brand in the system AC segment in Chennai Region, Agrawal said.

While hotels must ensure guests’ satisfaction and provide a comfortable work environment for employees, a developer has to ensure comfortable environment for its customers. At the same time, a check on operation cost is also important as HVAC systems are big energy consumers. 

Samsung is developing various projects in the region, including Hotel IBIS, Hotel Novotel, Fortis Hospital, Purva Primus, Nokia Solutions Network, Hotel Quality Inn, at Chennai and CJ Pallazio and Aishwaryam Hospital at Salem; SNR School, Coimbatore; Hotel The Home and AKR Textiles at Tirupur.
