BSNL fares better than others: TRAI
ublic service provider BSNL emerged as the winner in the recently concluded assessment of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

In a press note said that the TRAI conducted an independent assessment related to the quality of mobile service provided by various telecom service providers including BSNL, Airtel, Vodofone, and Idea.Â
The study was undertaken in Kochi, Jaipur, Madurai, Mangalore, Tiruchy and Vishakapatnam between 25 and 29 June.Â
It included various parameters including voice quality, call drop, mobile coverage, and data speed. The TRAI report contained that the public operator performed well in various aspects including coverage and data downloadable speed.Â
