The list is topped by Google with indigenous Indian firms performing strongly in the top five. “People describe these top workplaces as ‘inspiring’ and ‘engaging’ by maintaining excellent company culture, ensuring quality leadership, and offering competitive pay and benefits,” said Kumar.

“Employees also praise the companies on this list for being mission-driven organizations that are leaders in their respective industries.”

The list features companies known for valuing and treating their employees well. Tech employers Amazon (ranked 4), Intel (6) , IBM (8), Cisco (11) and SAP (13) and feature prominently on the list and famously offer their employees competitive salaries, generous perks and good opportunities for career progression. TCS (ranked 9) and CTS (24) were among the other names on the list.
