CHENNAI: The Madurai Bench of Madras High Court sentenced Savukku Shankar to six months of simple imprisonment for his 'corruption' remarks against the judiciary.

A suo motu contempt proceedings was initiated against the YouTuber for his controversial remarks against higher judiciary.
