A video of a Chinese engineer in Karachi beating a Pakistani driver for submitting a fake petrol bill has gone viral. The engineer is said to be from PowerChina Gansu Energy Co and posted in Pakistan. The clip was subsequently picked up by hundreds of users on Twitter. A reverse-search lead to posts from 2016 which showed that it was a racial attack on a Chinese national, that had in fact taken place in Malaysia, and not Pakistan.
