A politician recently tweeted a video of commuters rushing into a bus, disregarding social distancing norms. He claimed the video is from Mumbai and tagged the BEST handle. He later took down the tweet but the video was shared by several users. Alt News examined it and found the conductor of the bus can be heard asking passengers in Bengali, to board the bus in an orderly fashion. This proved that the video was not from Maharashtra.
