TN Chief Secy gets 3-month extension

The Centre on Wednesday announced the extension of services of Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary K Shanmugam for a further period of three months till January 31 next year.

A communique received from the Centre said in reference to the State government’s letter dated August 13, 2020, on extension in service of Mr Shanmugam, the Centre convey the approval of the Central government for extending his services from November 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021.
