Special trains to be operated between Tambaram - Tiruchy, Chennai Egmore - Madurai; check details

Train no 06007 Tambaram - Tiruchy MEMU unreserved express special will leave Tambaram at 08.30 am on November 3 via Chengalpattu, Melmaruvathur, Tindivanam, Villupuram, Vriddhachalam and Ariyalur and reach Trichy at 1.40 pm the same day.

CHENNAI: Special trains would be operated between Tambaram - Tiruchy, Chennai Egmore - Madurai to clear extra rush of passengers, said a Southern Railway statement.

Train no 06007 Tambaram - Tiruchy MEMU unreserved express special will leave Tambaram at 08.30 am on November 3 via Chengalpattu, Melmaruvathur, Tindivanam, Villupuram, Vriddhachalam and Ariyalur and reach Trichy at 1.40 pm the same day.

In the return direction, Train no 06008 Tiruchy - Tambaram MEMU unreserved express special will leave at 10.50 pm on November 3 via mainline stations of Thanjavur, Nidamangalam, Tiruvarur, Peralam, Mayiladuthurai, Sirkazhi, Chidambaram, Parangipettai, Cuddalore, Tirupadripulyur, Panruti, Villupuram, Tindivanam, Melmaruvathur and Chengalpattu and reach Tambaram at 06.10 am on November 4.

Train no 06099 Chennai Egmore - Madurai MEMU unreserved express special will leave Chennai Egmore at 10.45 am on November 3 via Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Vriddhachalam Ariyalur, Srirangam, Trichy, Manapparai, Dindigula and Sholavandan and reach Madurai at 6.30 pm the same day.

In the return direction, train no 06100 Madurai - Tambaram MEMU unreserved express special will leave at 7.15 pm on November 3 via Sholavandan, Dindigul, Manapparai, Trichy, Srirangam, Ariyalur, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, and Chengalpattu to reach Tambaram at 03.20 am on November 4, added the statement.
