PMK nominates Anbumani Ramadoss as TN Rajya Sabha candidate

The PMK on Saturday announced its decision to nominate former Union Minister Anbumani Ramadoss as its candidate for the ensuing Rajya Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu.

The PMK got had been allotted one Rajya Sabha seat to contest as part of the agreement to align with the ruling AIADMK in the state for the Lok Sabha polls.

Ramadoss, the son of PMK founder S. Ramadoss, unsuccessfully contested from the Dharmapuri in the recent Lok Sabha polls.
