Justice Kirubakaran issued a caveat while commenting on Vinchem's petition to the Madras High Court.

A pharma company Vinchem filed a petition seeking government's support in the research for cancer drug.

The hearing came to the bench headed by Justice Kirubakaran, he urged the government to encourage indigenous research and researchers.

Further he said solely relying on China's raw materials for medicine is a matter of concern and could jeopardize India's security.
