One of the aspirants, B Jeevika of PN Palayam from Coimbatore, said she tried filling up the form on Saturday. “As soon I entered the date of birth in the form, it showed ‘invalid’. I tried filling up the rest of the columns, but the response was the same,” she said. Jeevika  tried calling the toll-free helpline number mentioned on the NEET website on Saturday but an automated voice said  the number can be reached only on weekdays. The website showed the same error on Monday as well, she said. Aspirants expressed hope that authorities would rectify the error and arrange for proper functioning of the helpline at least in the last two days.
