Ministers assure stern action against TNPSC exam fraud 

Ministers D Jayakumar and P Thangamani on Sunday assured that the government will take stern action against those involved in malpractices in Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group-IV examination.

“Malpractices in TNPSC exam was due to some black sheep. Whoever be the persons behind it, the government will take stern action. TNPSC took stern action immediately,” said Jayakumar, after inaugurating the renewed underground pathway near RBI office.


Recently, a malpractice was found out in TNPSC group-IV examination and police have initially secured 99 persons. Even on Sunday, two more persons were arrested by the CB-CID. Opposition parties demanded a fair probe into the issue and the Ministers assured that the state will not spare anyone involved. “Government has already initiated action against 99 persons in TNPSC group-IV issue. The issue is a proof that it will act fact against any persons involved in malpractices,” said Thangamani, at Namakkal.
