TIRUVALLUR: Police on Tuesday arrested a 27-year-old man who stole four goats from a house in Tiruvallur.

The accused was identified as Vinoth of Tirumanikuppam.

Rajeshwari (49), a resident of Kadambathur village, who owned the four goats, secured them in the shed adjoining her house and went to sleep on Monday.

However, when she woke up the next morning she found all her goats missing.

Based on a complaint from Rajeshwari, Mappedu police registered a case and arrested Vinoth in connection with it. Investigations are on.
