The victim Solomon, who works as a manger in a garment company, was in relationship with a married woman. Despite the woman’s family warned Solomon to stay away from her, he continued with his relationship.

To threaten him, the woman’s family including her mother kidnapped Solomon in a car on Wednesday.

On information, Neelanakarai police traced Solomon to Anna Nagar and rescued him. Police have also arrested five persons - Mohammed Arif (29) of Vettuvankeni, Vignesh (22) of Thoraipakkam, Kathirvel (19) of Thoraipakkam, Bharath (20) of Thoraipakkam and a 45-year-old woman, whose daughter was in relationship Solomon, said police.
