Janata Curfew: TN Minister Vijayabaskar thanks people for staying indoors

Tamil Nadu Minister Dr C Vijayabaskar on Sunday took to his official Twitter handle to thank people for staying indoors to prevent the spread of novel Coronavirus.

Tamil Nadu Minister Dr C Vijayabaskar on Sunday took to his official Twitter handle to thank people for staying indoors to prevent the spread of novel Coronavirus. 

His Twitter post read, "#JanataCurfew: Good morning. Thank you for staying indoors. Let’s together break the chain of virus transmission. Have a happy Sunday! Let’s take care of each other.

#TN_Together_AgainstCorona @MoHFW_INDIA #Vijayabaskar #CVB." 

The curfew commenced around 7 am in Tamil Nadu, with all the popular crowded places shut down to break the Corona chain. Places such as beaches, roads, parks, bridges and railway stations were seen quiet and still. The nation-wide curfew imposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go on till 9 pm tonight.
