CHENNAI: A heat wave is likely to hit Tamil Nadu on April 18 and 19, the India Meteorological Department warns.

The temperature may be 3 to 5 degrees Celsius above normal at a few places in North Tamil Nadu and other districts, according to the India Meteorological Department.
