After a 2 month hiatus of summer holidays, the children were given a royal welcome back in government schools.

A government school in Mutthur of Tiruppur has become an exemplary of all government schools. The school has refurbished into smart school with computers in air-conditioned classes.

This move, however, was a counteraction to 3 private schools in the locality with all these facilities. This Mutthur government middle school wanted to retain all but its 42 students from the villages nearby.

The school also wants its students to be proficient in yoga, karate and English-speaking.
