Diversion of two express trains due to electronic interlocking at Prayagraj Station announced; check details

CHENNAI: North Central Railway has notified for diversion of train services due to yard remodeling work and conversion of electronic interlocking at Prayagraj Station over Prayagraj Division.

1. Train no 22669 Ernakulam – Patna Superfast Express leaving Ernakulam at 11:55 pm on 19th October will be diverted to run via Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Mirzapur, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya skipping stoppages at Prayagraj, Prayagraj Rambag, Gyanpur Road, Varanasi.

An additional five-minute stoppage will be provided at Prayagraj Chheoki.

2. Train no 12669 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Chhapra Ganga Kaveri Express leaving Dr MGR Chennai Central at 5:40 pm on October 19 will be diverted to run via Ohan Cabin, Bhimsen, Kanpur Central, Unnao, Janghai, Varanasi skipping stoppage at Prayagraj.
