CPM state secretary K Balakrishnan said “Parents and students have doubts over the availability of adequate drinking water in the schools when the state is reeling under severe water crisis.” He said that the government should take steps on war footing to supply water through tanker lorries to all the schools across the state. “If such steps were not taken, the students will face health hazard and other issues,” he added.
