CM, leaders extend Ramzan greetings

Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and leaders of various political parties greeted Muslims on the occasion of Ramzan. In his greetings, Palaniswami listed out various welfare measures implemented for the Muslims by the AIADMK government.

He said 5,145 metric tonnes of rice have been given to more than 3,000 mosques in the state for preparing porridge during the holy month. “On this auspicious occasion of Ramzan, I pray that love, peace and brotherhood prevail,” he said and conveyed his wishes to the Muslim community.


Leaders of various political parties, including AMMK general secretary TTV Dhinakaran, PMK founder Dr S Ramadoss, PMK Youth Wing leader Anbumani Ramadoss, TVK leader T Velmurugan, IUML leader Khader Moideen, DMDK founder Vijayakant, Manithaneya Makkal Katchi leader MH Jawahirullah, TMC leader GK Vasan also extended their Ramzan greetings.
