Chief minister to tour four poll-bound seats from May 1 to 14

The ruling AIADMK on Wednesday announced the campaign schedule of chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami for the upcoming by polls to four assembly seats.

A statement from the party headquarters said that the CM will tour Sulur, Aravakurichi, Thiruparankundram and Ottapidaram constituencies from May 1 to May 14.

The party has insisted the cadre to attend the rallies to be addressed by the CM and the AIADMK leader is to take an eight-day long poll campaign dedicating two days for each assembly segment. He will start campaign on May 1 at Sulur and will conclude the rally at Sulur on May 14.

The rebel AMMK had also announced the campaign schedule of the party general secretary TTV Dhinakaran. Dhinakaran is to start the campaign rally on May 1 at Tiruparankundram, where he will conclude on May 16.
