7 Bangladeshis held for illegal stay

Seven Bangladeshis, including a minor were arrested in Tirupur for illegal stay on Monday.

Police said, “Seven persons were found to be staying illegally in a rented room and working in a textile firm as migrant workers. They sneaked into the district with the help of middlemen.” Police identified the accused as Mohammed Hassan, 21, Abul Khayir, 25, Badsha, 20, Ariful, 23 Ali Hussain Malik, 28, Allamin, 18 and a 17-year-old boy.
