The Chief Election Officer of Tamil Nadu, Satyabrata Sahoo announced that 46 booths in the state may go for repolling. He revealed irregularities in these booths. These booths belong to 13 districts including Theni, Madurai.

Sahoo said, discussions were on to tackle with the dearth of VVPAT machines.
