11 arrested in Tiruvallur for stabbing each other in a brawl

TIRUVALLUR: Cops on Saturday arrested 11 persons who reportedly got into a brawl and stabbed each other in Tiruvallur.

Balaji, a resident of Senji village, was distressed on hearing that his nephew was being bullied at his school by Manikandan’s son.

To put an end to the harassment, Balaji, along with relatives, confronted Manikandan on Friday.

Within seconds, a scuffle broke out and both parties began assaulting each other with logs and knives.

Following complaints from both parties, the Kadambathur police arrested Balaji, Manikandan and nine others.
