Varshaa vs Anupama in snooker final

Varshaa Sanjeev and Anupama Ramachandran entered the final of The Mylapore Club All-India Invitation Ladies Snooker Tournament after notching up easy victories in the last four stage on Friday.

In the first semi-final, Varshaa, the reigning national champion, got the better of Keerthana Pandian 3-0 (76(38)-15, 60-38, 64(31)-15). In the second final four clash, Anupama came up with a stellar display to ease past Ishika Shah 3-0 (60-33, 56-54, 61-47). Varshaa and Anupama will lock horns for the titleon Saturday.


The third-place match will also take place on October 19, the day on which the competition concludes.
