U-25 cricket: Mumbai inches closer to win against TN

CHENNAI: Set a victory target of 403 by Mumbai, Tamil Nadu was tottering at 121 for six at stumps on Day Three of the Col. CK Nayudu Trophy (Men’s Under-25) Elite Group ‘A’ third-round match at the CAP Ground 2 in Puducherry. On Thursday, B Sachin waged a lone battle for Tamil Nadu with an unbeaten 60 (96 balls, 9 fours, 1 six). Earlier, Mumbai, which bowled Tamil Nadu out for 240 in the latter’s first innings, declared its second essay at 240 for six.
